Model BF1 Gear Pump Filling System is designed for semi liquid filling . Filling ranging is 1~4000ml.

1. Viscosity up to 2000cps.
2. Fast change over, lubrication free and easy machine cleaning.
3. Gear pump Stainless steel SS316L construction.
4. Filling volume range: 1 - 4000 ml (format parts available)
5. Pressure air is not necessary during proceeding the filling.
6. The movable handle is attached. The position can be moved.
7. Have various design for eliminating the dropping problem after filling.
8. Fast design for exchanging format parts for autoclave sterilization.
9. Hygienic level of pump design is good for filling either external and oral medicines
10. Available to fill the viscosity range of 65~2000cst.
