AFP-01S Semi-auto Peristaltic pump filling machine

Model AFP-01S Peristaltic Pump System is designed For Multi Filling. It Can stand Alone Using Semi Filling & It Can Connect To Auto filling line. Filling ranging is from 1~500ml +/- 1%.

1. Peristaltic Pump Filling System is designed for filling the oncology products. The silicone tube can be disposable after filling for preventing any contamination. filling of bottles.
2. Platform of main machine is used SUS304 with level of IP60.
3. Easy cleaning and maintenance.
4. Stand Pump is using Aluminum alloy 6061.
5. Pump head used in isolator is Stainless steel SS316L constructed and it can be proceeded VHP on line.
6. Fast tube change over, lubrication free and easy machine cleaning.
7. Using Mitsubishi servo motor or Orient motor to drive machine.
8. Japan 3.5” HMI Recording and amending the data are via HMI (10 sets of filling record).
9. Max, pump speed 600 RPM.
